The fax option of my printer will not load documents. A few pages sometimes goes through then stops and says to reload documents. Same message over and over. What’s up with that. Any help appreciated.

Possibly:

• Printer ADF and / or printer rollers might be dirty.
• ADF might not like the paper - for example, document paper might be too thin, too heavy, curled, wrong size.
• Settings in mystery printer might be incorrect for Fax.

Look for help for both Fax and for possible issues with the ADF.
