Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi 
My HP office-jet 7500A pick-rollers on A4 side is broken . How can I get a service manual in order to change it ? Or how could possibly any friend here advice me on how to replace it ?  Thank you in advance.
