HP officejet 6500 wireless model e709n jammed

The printer says there is a jam. When I try to see where the jam is, the ink cartridges dont move for me to check anywhere around them. That's the only place I haven't checked and when they try to move all I hear is a clicking noise.

My carriage doesn't move at all when plugged on.
