Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer

HP printer 7200e has problems with papertransport A4 photopaper 210 gr

I bought this printer 5 monthes ago. After 4 monthes transport started with creeping , but further no problems. But the photoprints became increasingly crooked. And then there were clicking sounds and double papers were taken.

Now the printer makes no noise anymore, but the only way of printing an A4 photograph is using one sheet.

I have asked for help in the Netherlands bu they say you can only print photograps in the special photodrawer, which are very little, too little.

They also say that paper in the big drawer is only suitable for paper max. 90 gr. But in the printerspecifications is clearly written HP photopaper till 300 gr.

I feel cheated. Especially since I have taken out an HP Care Pack for extra security. If I had known this printer couldn't handle heavier papers, I never would have bought it. Please help.
