I bought a printer in April, still under warranty with my care package, one of the rollers popped out when printing and a part has come out, causing the machine to state paper jam, it will not print. Product failure so need to know the process of return for repair or replacement. Retailer dues not have tech licence to repair on site so cannot return it to them for any assistance.
