Product: HP CF145A

HP CF145A "paper jam in output bin" error message

but no paper jam. No even tiny scrap. flappers are free. Inside is clean. All toner colors just changed. 5yo printer. Unplugged several times. Please help

Also, I removed the toner tray and there are no obstructions.
