Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HELP.... Drawer 2 WILL NOT OPEN on my HP426fdw. 

I have taken all paper out of the back of the drawer and used a flashlight to look in and see and there is NOTHING blocking the drawer.  I have rebooted, unplugged, restarted...you name it.  I have opened the back, no paper jam and no paper jam noted on the screen.  When I try to print letter size (drawer 2 paper) it asks if I wish to print on legal (Drawer 3 paper).   I have even removed the Drawer 3 additional paper tray accessory and drawer 2 still wont open.  Please help.
