Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP5550n. Ran flawlessly for years. Last week we got a paper jam error. Error number is "61.89.26 Jam in Left Door". We have taken the machine apart and cleaned every place we can get into. There was no initial paper jam. We have also tried all the standard steps like unplugging, no extension cord, unplug network cable, reset network, feed trays. I did see a post where someone mentioned "Printer Flag". The way they talked about them it seems like they are internal fingers. Is this true? Can you point out where all the sensors are?

Using google you can likely find a copy  of the service manual online and there will be both an error code list that will tell you exactly which sensor is faulty and also diagrams of where those sensors are located.

Odd, I checked the service manual and there is no error entry for the 61. error you posted. Can you confirm the number please.

Odd as well, this printer does not have a left door. This has a front door and a top cover. Unless you have posted the wrong model number. Can you confirm that as well.
