I am trying to set up a brand new HP8025e printer - I cannot get past a carriage jam error message that says the carriage cannot move. There is nothing obstructing it, no paper, nothing.

What can I do?!

Hi - I'm sorry I didn't see your reply earlier! This article did not help. This is a brand new right out of the box printer. It has never been used. There are no obstructions. It is very frustrating!

What can I do?
