HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer

I purchased the HP9025e printer because it said I could use 11x17 paper. It's in the field on the job site and the operator is saying there's no place to install 11x17 paper! Is there a trick to adding the paper or did I buy something we can't use?

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

Not sure what you are using as a reference --

True - You purchased a printer that does not support 11x17 inch paper.
