Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Officejet 6700 Premium is not putting enough pressure down to let the rollers send the blank paper through to print, so it says "Load paper and select OK", even though it is loaded with paper.  This is still almost like new because it has never been used much.
