Product: HP LaserJet MFP M438nda
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We are facing a Hardware issue. I already filed a c complain on 4/7/2024. Engineer visit is sedule he  doesn't come to the institution for solution. After all it I recently received a mail from HP support for customer feedback. 

So sometimes about our problem otherwise I have to contact with customer care COURT.
