Color laserjet 4500

Here is the thing. My late father used to use this machine and it just kept keeping dust. Took it out from the corner after a decade and tried to boot it up. I tried to print the configuration sheet or anything, but it gave me error 13. I tried to open the front bottom drawer, there was nothing there. In the middle I don't see any possible paper, but perhaps there is somewhere really far stuck up that I can't see? It probably needs some kind of deep cleaning, but idk how to go about it.

Would also appreciate people informing how to actually even plug it to my pc, since I dont even know what cable connects it to pc.
Thanks in advance

Several things to look out for:

1. stored for a long period of time, the fuser will likely have one flat side which will result in a very noisy printer.

2. 13 jams are likely due to dried out rollers that no longer grip the paper to feed it through. Normally there would be more digits in the error code and those extra digits are relevant for providing a possible source of jamming.

3.I would first unplug the unit and remove all supplies possible like the fuser and cartridges. I suggest you search for a repair manual as it will give you a guide to removing components and interpreting error codes.
