Welcome to the HP User Community.

"The usual suspects" include and might not be limited to:

  • Dirt - Common affliction for this model...
  • Printer is old, rollers are worn, paper is heavy - just a "bad day" combination
  • Paper Weight exceeds what the printer supports for the paper type
  • Job Setup - Incorrect / Missing Paper Size and Type selection in Printing Preferences / Properties
  • Printer is unaware of the paper size and type >> Tray and Paper Management
  • Missing / Corrupt printer software

Details...

Printer is dirty (likely inside at the rollers) - this model really likes to be kept clean

The paper exceeds the paper weight supported for the type (of paper)

Product Specifications for the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer (1G5M0A)

The job is not set up correctly / completely to take into account the paper size / type

The printer is simply not aware of the paper size / type

Change / Check the Paper Size & Type either on the printer control paper or using EWS

The printer software is loaded but is corrupt

Uninstall the full driver printer software > Restart the computer and log in > Install fresh copy of the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software.
