Hello everyone, need you attention this troubleshooting error code 15.B1.A0 HP PageWide Managed Color MFP E58650dn

What has been done : following the notification instructions on the printer checking for jammed paper according to the notification and between the rollers, removing the ink collections unit and pressing green 8, performing advanced jam recovery, turning off and restarting the printer, currently not resolved, the issue is a common issue this model printer,  unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue permanently , kindly advise if know the solution.
