Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi My 2630 printer has suddenly started pulling paper to the right and ripping it...it was printing fine until today and now the page won't go through and is making a pulling noise then ripping the page. I checked to see if something is stuck inside but cannot see anything. I have unplugged it and cleaned it, replaced the cartridge also. I see there is a teardrop message also flashing on the display and don't know what this means or if its even related. Appreciate if anyone can help. Thank you
