Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Salve a tutti, ho da poco  cambiato le cartucce alla mia stampante, ma dopo alcune stampe, non prende più la carta. Ora sentendo il "motorino" girare, può essere una cinghia capstan che si è rotta? 

N.B. ho controllato se ci sono pezzi di carta inceppata ma niente. Ho anche pulito i rulli.
