Purchased  an HP laser printer 3/11/2019. Not used heavily.  Recently started jamming after one copy.  Had a printer repair company look at it and they replaced the fuser.  BRought it back to me.  Still jams.  I need to talk to a REAL person to explain my situation.  I have an extended warrenty through Allstate that will cover repair up to about $380.  THe printer cost $430.  Servive call and fuser replacement cost $360 already and it still doesn't work.  THey are a local repair shop for business and homeowner repairs.  Not a fly by night company.  They have given up on what is causing the problem.  Terrible problem trying to speak to a real HP person to find a solution.  At this rate I will never buy another HP product.  Sorry about the complaining but I have not had a functional printer for a prolonged period.  Does HP care?

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this issue. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Paper jam error

Check if you are using compatible paper and it is placed properly in the input tray. you may refer to - Loading Paper and Envelopes

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

 

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
