How do I fix a carriage jam in my HP Photosmart C4180 All-in-One printer when I did what the video said and I still get the same error (Carriage jam) over and over again? I also noticed that the printer cannot pull any paper into it when it tries to do a print alignment. That may be due to the carriage jam, I am not sure. I would appreciate help resolving this problem if possible.
