HP says to open back door on my HP Laser Jet Pro 118M in order to fix paper jam.  How do I open back door?

I understand you need information regarding your HP LaserJet Pro 118M. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

  • Open the rear door.
  • Opening the rear door
  • Use both hands to remove any jammed paper from the duplexer area.
  • Removing jammed paper from the duplexer area
  • Close the rear door.
  • Try to print again.
