Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

How do I clear a tough paper jam in the duplexing unit of a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476. There is only a very small fragment of paper and that fragment is inaccessible. Is there a way to access this?

Is the piece in the back in the fuser unit? If so, often the only way to get jams out of this design of printer is to physically remove the fuser. Youtube is your friend for this as there is a video on taking just about any printer apart.
