How to reach HP

I have tried to reach HP by virtual and by signing in and I can't reach anyone.  Is there a phone number????  I have a new 6001 and thought it had been registered but can't find it on my account.  I can't get rid of the old printer, can't enter new printer.  The computer tells me that I have an inaccurate S/N.  I took it right off the box, so I know it's correct.  Any help.  All my lights are flashing, paper jam undone and I'm flashing now.
