Product: Deskjet 2752

Deskjet 2752 keeps telling me there is a paper jam there is no jam nothing stuck in the printer and a normal stack of paper in the tray. Just got this printer and can't even use it.

Are you getting paper jam message on the printer or on the computer (big difference) ?

Can you make a single copy of a document ?
