Hello 

 

this printer suddenly stopped printing card stock medium size. I bought this printer because it was able to print heavy materials like sticker paper magnetic paper is stuff like that. I have contracted customer service and they only gave me ink but did not fix he problem. Now I want to return it to the store since it is not doing what I promised I will but I don’t have the receipt. It is still under warranty I have the warranty for 20 more months. 

what can I do? Please help I am a teacher I can’t afford loosing money
