Product: Hp Pagewide 477 DW MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello . I have a problem with my HP Pagewide 477 DW MFP . It crumples the paper , but only the left top corner of the paper? There does not seem to be anything stuck in the printer. Any auggestions to what the solution could be ?
