The paper keeps getting crumbled everytime and paper gets stuck. Tried removing paper and trying again but same issue happens again . Tried powering off , shut down , checking for any other paper bits stuck . Nothing worked. After giving print I can hear paper getting stuck and paper doesn’t come out. Get a paper jam error. How to fix this?

Hi @Daniel168,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are facing paper jam issues.

Try the below suggestions -

Reset the product

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the printer.

Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Also, try the steps in the document A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays

If the issue persists, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
