RU5-0981 that is a part code for the gear that rotates the toner cartridge.

That is for rotating the toner, looks good to me. When you close the toner access door, it pops out and engages to white gear on toner cartridge.
Why do you think that there is something missing?

Well I could show it to you but then I would have it and I wouldn't need to ask what it is I lost it somehow I don't know how but it's gone it is what rotates the toner it's like a retainer and drive gear at the same time I'm just hoping for the name of it so I can order one otherwise I'm going to have to fabricate something isn't going to be pretty

I believe there's an intermediate piece that looks similar to the piece that retains the CD on a CD burner or player. I could be wrong but it no longer retains the cartridge and I'm pretty sure that i swept the thing up and threw it away. 😅🤦♂️
