Hp9020 not printing cardstock

I have an hp9020 that had always printed on cardstock just fine. But lately it will not print cardstock without jamming. I have HP ink and am trying to print from my Mac in Adobe Acrobat. It jams immediately and gives me an error to clear the jam. I have set tray 2 to heavy paper and have tried photo paper setting as well and it just keeps getting stuck. I can't find anything else on how to manage this.

According to the printer specifications, this model printer supports printing on cards, however, for cardstock paper, check the media weight and size.

Card stock is not mentioned in the specifications.

Refer to Paper-handling section. Kindly use compatible paper type.

Are you able to print on other media types?
