Hello @SEYIO,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  1. print a printer status report
    - remove or delete private informations and serial number, if present
    - then scan as jpeg with 150dpi
    - upload here "Insert Photos"
  2. try this solutions
    a) Step 1: Clear jammed paper from inside the printer 
    b) and Step 2, on the same side
