Hi Juanita,
Sometimes these 59.C0 errors are due to faulty toner cartridges, especially if you are using compatibles and not HP genuine ones.
Try booting the printer without any toner cartridge installed.
Then install one at a time and let the printer do its checks and detect the toner level for that cartridge.
When after installing a toner cartridge you get that same error then that means that that toner cartridge is the faulty one that causes the error.
Give this a go and tell me how it went.
