Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw

Tried to print business cards,  The crd stock caused paper jams, of which all I was able to resolve except the last one.  The machine is telling me to resolve the issue from the back door, but I have thoroughly inspected every nook and crevice of the paper trail and can find no evidence of residual paper stuck in the path.  I have unplugged the printer for over a minute but that has not cleared the error message.  Advise please?
