Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot clear a paper jam in output bin. I have followed all instructions from HP on line and it says if the jam will not clear that the printer may need to be serviced. how to get this printer serviced ?

You can try the service centre locator here: https://support.hp.com/ca-en/help/service-center

Make sure you have the country set to the correct one.
