HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I cannot clear a paper jam as it does not show when I open the top of the printer and I cannot find a back door to open so that I can clear the jam from the back.  Can someone tell me where it is or how I can clear this jam?
