Reads paper jam but there is no paper jam. How to fix it?

Common jam for this particular print engine is a fuser wrap jam, where a piece of paper gets stuck to the fuser rollers and wraps around it. Almost impossible to see without disassembling the printer to remover the fuser to examine it. If you power off the printer and turn back on does the error show up immediately? If yes, fuser wrap is a very real possibility, but could be a flag somewhere else in the printer that is stuck.
