Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a cartridge jam.  I keep being told to clear a paper jam, which there is none.  Then was told to shut down and restart.  Printer won't shut down, so I unplugged it.  Then I get scolded for not shutting down properly.  It has happened about five times and it works for a while after restarting, then the scenario repeats.  Now the cartridges are stuck on the right side and won't budge.
