HP OfficeJet 6962: product has had little use. It stopped working indicating a paper jam. All paths were triple checked and clear. The print head carriage does not return to centre when the main unit is opened - it stays parked and cannot be moved. Rollers were cleaned and paper tray removed and inserted. Hard reset tried numerous times.
