I understand the paper gets jammed. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Are you using regular paper? Click here to check the printer specifications to know the supported paper types and size.
Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error
Make sure the papers are properly loaded, refer to - Loading Paper, Envelopes, Cards
If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
