I have a paper jam!

My problem is a paper jam - I have followed the normal instructions & managed to remove all paper from under the cover however, the part at the back which I need to remove is jammed, I can move the sliders together but nothing else.  Every time I remove the jammed paper & try to print, it gets stuck again, this time it was after one side was printed & the next was about to begin.  Please help me
