Product: HP Officejet Pro 8625 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an Officejet Pro 8625, Printer cartridge get stuck on far right with error code ox61000020,

followed HP suggestion to Power off and restart, reload cartridges but no success.

Printer make clicking noise when restaring to move printer cartridge carrage back to start position.

Error mesage says turn off and back on to reset,  No effect.

it prints a few pages and gets jammed again.

Any halep greatly appreciated

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this video link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
