I have a hp 6830 all in one printer that comes up with a paper jam error but there is no paper jam. I have done all the steps that are on the hp site but nothing has worked as yet. It still comes up with the paper jam error. I have installed new ink cartridges as well . The printer will not get past this error . Help !

@Keng75, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that you are not able to print due to this issue with the printer.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error

Make sure the print carriage is moving freely - Carriage jam or E3 error

Check if the papers are properly loaded in the input tray - Loading Paper, Envelopes

If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
