Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8740 All-in-One Printer

I had envelopes in tray 1 and plain paper in tray 2. The printer jams every time in the same place with the same looking jam.

I took the top off and took off the top cover to look for anything that might be there but there was nothing. I then blew out all the paper dust from a number of years of use and put everything back together but still jams. I removed the envelopes  from tray 1 and now use only that tray for printing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Update the firmware and check.
