Product: HP 3750 all-in -one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Smart says carriage stalled. Error message E3 but there is no paper jam. Reset the printer but still jams.

@yt5754, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

An E3 error indicates a printer carriage jam.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned under "The Number of Copies icon alternates between 'E' and '3,' and the Error icon, Paper Error icon, Resume light, and Ink Alert light are blinking" on this document - Blinking Lights

Try reinstalling the ink cartridges.
