Product: M55DW
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have the M55dw. Every time I try to load from tray one it does not work at all.

I have tried to load card stock and label paper into tray 2 since tray one does not work at all and that does not work it jus says jam. Where can I find help. This issue makes my printer unusable.

Your Printer name seems to be incorrect. Please help us with the correct Printer naem.
