Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

First of all do I need to get Windows 11?  Knew nothing about it.  I do have the printer set up on my computer.  The paper is not being pulled through to print on.  It seems like the roller is not catching the paper.  I have no idea.

Hi there,

I was searching for help with a similar issue, also a 6000e series. My issue, after a lot of troubleshooting, was solved when I noticed the paper tray itself was "off track". Make sure that the tray is completely pushed in from the bottom, as in, the sides of the drawer are not halfway popping off of the track. In my case, the side that was not jamming was slightly popped out.
