I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. I have always use the instant Ink. program. I’ve never use any other print cartridges. I keep getting the error message “the print carriage cannot move open the carriage cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction, and select OK”. I have performed a hard and soft reset my printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet. I can move the cartridge freely. Please help.
