Carriage jam message.

Nothing is jammed never been past the initial set up to even try to print

Hi, I’m having the same error. It is because the new larger capacity cartridges are too heavy for the carriage. I cant get to speak with a live agent through support who understands this problem. All I want is to get the smaller cartridges again to enable the printer to do what it is supposed to do, PRINT.
