YEs, I need help.  I have an HPOfficejet Pro 2018 with a jam error but my cartridge holder is stuck on the right.  I cannot move it. There is no jam.

Print cartridge cannot move, there are no paper jams or other obstructions that I can see

In another forum, someone who knows more than I do, said s/he would send instructions to a private email address. I hoped that s/he would post those instructions publicly.
