Envy 5055
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I received a HP Envy 5055 all-in-one printer for Christmas.  Since then I have been in and out of the hospital but finally was able to try to install it today (Aug 13, 2020).  From the start, I was getting a paper jam mesage even before I tried to print.  I have been through all the suggestions for a fix but nothing works.  I tried to get support but it asked me for my serial number.  After I entered it, I was told the warranty expired on July 26th and it wouldn't let me proceed, I guess because the warranty expired?  I cannot find a phone number to speak to a tech.  Can anyone help me?

@Tracie4, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Make sure all the packaging materials/plastic and cardboards are removed from inside the printer.

Re-insert the ink cartridges.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Paper Jam Error.

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win PC
