HP Recommended
Product: office jet pro 6978

I'm having paper jam issues with my Office Jet Pro 6978 and I went thru all the steps recommended in the virtual video on how to clear the problem. At the end of the video it said that if these steps didn't clear the problem to contact HP for a recommendation on where to take it for service,  I purchased this printer at Best Buy in Gainesville Florida. Should I take it there for service?

HP Recommended

HP Officejet printers come with a replacement warranty.  If your warranty has expired and you did not purchase extended carepack coverage, you will have to replace the printer.  Call HP and ask about their upgrade program.  Maybe you can trade old unit.
