The paper in the input tray does not match the paper settings. Press the Cancel button
, load the correct paper or change the paper size in the software, and then resend the print job.

Are you using letter size papers?
Make sure the papers are correctly placed in the input tray. Refer to - Loading Paper, Envelopes
Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
